4 Phase Construction

OnPoint Home Inspections offers inspections for new phase construction, home equity remodeling in a quarterly fashion based on completion of work based on the contract set forth between you and the contractor. So there will be a total of (4) inspections, one at 25% completion, 50%, 75%, and the final inspection is at 100% completion. I am to be paid after every inspection on completion of my physical inspection. Please make check payable:

Virtual Inspections

Are you traveling abroad during your 7–10 day inspection contingency period? Our services provide a virtual & visual inspection to our domestic US & international clients using FaceTime.

Feel free to ask questions throughout your virtual walkthrough.
An iPad is used to take and dissect pictures to further explain suggestions or recommendations of problematic areas.

Payments are welcome through PayPal,Venmo,and Square and for Crytpos: USDT Tether Binance Smart Chain, BNB Binance Smart Chain.
The inspection report will be sent via email within 24 hours from the time of the inspection.
The invoice and sales receipt will be sent to you via email through QuickBooks.

Walk-And-Talk Inspections

Why wave your Inspections? It’s your single largest investment. An alternative solution is an Walk-and-Talk inspection.

We Accompany our client(s) on a verbal, visual inspection by answering their questions and making recommendations.
Feel free to ask questions throughout your Walk-and-Talk.
Time will range between 30 minutes to 1 hour (that time is dictated by the Sellers Broker)
Price will vary.

OnPoint Home Inspection is definitely a company we would use again in the future. Jerry is professional, prompt and knowledgeable and definitely has the eye to catch what excited home owners would not. He has done a through and honest assessment of a few properties for us including a 2000sqft home a lake house and even a trailer home. I am a first time home buyer and having Jerry come inspect the property and give me advice on what needs work and what doesn't. Jerry was able to make it to the property early to get done some work that didn't need to be done with his client (me) there. Jerry was extremely thorough and took me through every single nick and cranny in that home! When he pointed things out he even offered suggestions for where I could go to buy the broken pieces and he gave me advice on what he may tackle first, second, third, etc. Jerry is professional, efficient, personable and all around a great guy to work with! Although I don't plan on buying again in the near future I would 110% go back to OnPoint Home inspections because of the level of care I received with Jerry!
